In March 2017, a new stage began with the combination of the BM&FBOVESPA and CETIP businesses, uniting the stock, commodities and futures exchange with the OTC market.
Thus, for the Listed market, we offer system solutions and services for the equity, equity derivatives, interest, currency and commodity markets. B3 also operates as a central counterparty in its markets, in addition to the central depository service, making B3 a vertically integrated company.
In the OTC market, we provide infrastructure for the registration of financial instruments by banks and customized derivatives, as well as for the registration and deposit of corporate debt securities. For the vehicle and real estate financing chain, we offer products and services that speed up the credit analysis and approval process in the national territory.
Finally, our Technology, Data and Services segment relies on the robust data generation of our business, offering analysis and data products to the market, among other services. In line with the Company’s strategy to diversify its revenues and expand to the adjacencies of its business, in Dec/21 was completed the acquisition of Neoway, reinforcing our data product development capability.
