B3 has published its Annual Report every year since 2010. The report is audited by an independent third party and prepared based on recognized frameworks for communicating economic, environmental, and social performance. B3 voluntarily published its 2025 Sustainability-Related Financial Information Report, prepared in compliance with IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, issued by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and translated into Portuguese through CBPS 01 and CBPS 02. Also audited by an independent third party, the report presents the connection between sustainability and climate-related risks and opportunities and the financial statements, assessing potential financial impacts over different time horizons.
